Q. Do you have a showroom, and can I pick up my item from your warehouse in person?

Yes, we have a showroom/warehouse and customers are most welcome to visit and pick up any goods they wish to purchase. If you intend to visit us and are travelling a long distance, to avoid disappointment please phone first to make sure the item/s you are interested in are in stock.

Q. What are your trading hours?

Monday to Thursday 8.00 AM to 4.30 PM
Friday 8.00 AM to 4.00 PM

We are not open on weekends.

Q. When ordering online, do I need to provide my street address and phone number?

We use couriers for delivery, and as such we require a physical delivery address within a recognized township or urban area, contact phone number and email address for the freight bookings. We cannot deliver to RMB's or P.O. Boxes except by special arrangement.

Q. What if I'm away from home when the courier delivers my order?

To avoid unnecessary delays, we ask that during the checkout process you provide instructions for the courier to leave your order in a safe place (ie. at the front door) if you are not there when they call. Please note that we cannot take responsibility for the security of your order once the courier has delivered it as instructed.

Q. How do i pay for my order?

We accept Visa and Mastercard through our secure ANZ E-gate payment portal. We also accept payment by direct deposit into our account, the details of which will be made available during the checkout process. Payment by cheque can also be arranged (just write a note in the 'special instructions' section of the checkout process). Please be aware that orders cannot be dispatched until payment has been cleared into our account.
We also accept PayPal, all PayPal requests will be sent out after the order has been packed, not on order completion.

Q. Do you ship internationally?

At this point we do not ship our products outside Australia.

Q. Is GST included in the prices?

Yes. All prices displayed include Goods and Services Tax (GST) and we are an Australian company registered for GST.

Q. When will my order be shipped?

We typically ship the same day or next business day after payment has cleared. If there is going to be a significant delay before your item can be shipped (over 48 hours) we will notify you by email. We do not ship on weekends and public holidays.
