Twine & Netting

Our various twine and elastic netting products make it easier to bind and shape various cuts of meat, as well as being used to tie-off bungs and salami casings.

Poly Butcher's Twine is the old staple for creating rolled roasts from beef, lamb and pork using a meat sewing needle and pins, but the various calibers of stretch netting can make the task much quicker, with less skill required. Netting can be simply threaded onto an appropriately sized 'bazooka' (plastic pipe), and the meat forced through and tied at each end when it emerges. All our twine and netting products are oven-safe.
