The 'Mesto' Hand Brine Pump is primarily of solid brass construction, meaning it has the durability to give many years of reliable service. It works using a similar action to a bicycle pump to draw brine from any container, through the strainer, hose and pump body, then out through the injecting needle and into the meat muscle. This pump comes complete with a 20cm stainless steel brine injecting needle (not shown in picture), so it is ready to use right out of the box..
