The 'Reber' N.32 Electric Meat Mincer / Grinder is the biggest in the range, and has been a popular choice for many years by those wanting to produce their own home-made food products. The large motor capacity and barrel-size is suited to those wanting to mince very large quantities of meat in one session.Like the smaller Reber mincers, it features a continuous duty electric induction motor, and axial reduction with oil-bath metal gears. Body, worm and ring nut are in cast iron with tinning food-grade treatment. There is a reverse switch fitted, which comes in handy if sinews or foreign objects happen to jam the mincing worm.
The Reber N.32 mincer comes equipped with one plate (10mm holes), and one knife in hardened steel. Plates with different sized holes are available for separate purchase. Sausage filling funnels and plastic plates for filling are also available on request, although we do recommend a 'HUON' hand operated sausage filler for large jobs.
The relatively short body of this mincer improves cutting and minimizes wastage. It also reduces overheating of the food being processed. For those wanting to get more out of their purchase, the Reber N.32 Mincer can be equipped with a tomato-sauce making attachment which is now available.
The Reber range of mincers are specifically designed for heavy duty home or farm use, and come with a 12-month 'back to base' warranty. Commercial use of the unit will void warranty.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
The main components of the Reber mincers are manufactured from tin plated cast iron. This includes the body, auger and ring nut. The mincing plate and knife are manufactured from high tensile carbon steel. To avoid any potential surface rust or corrosion, it is vital that all components are dried carefully and coated with a light application of food based oil. (eg. Canola oil)
In order to facilitate efficient cooling, the manufacturer has mandated the removal of the stainless steel motor cover that is shown on this picture.
