The Avanti Delux Flavour Injector is great for injecting all kinds of highly viscous marinades and flavourings into meat and poultry. When a proper brine needle is either unavailable or not viable to purchase for very small jobs, it can also be used to inject cure into meat. There is a clear barrel with 50ml capacity and two different sized stainless steel needles which can be exchanged depending on the viscosity of the liquid to be injected.
