Huon Electric Meat Slicer Model 250L

The 'Huon' Model 250L slicer is designed for heavy-duty home use. It is a perfect unit for slicing small hams, salami, strassbourg and other smallgoods, as well as fresh meat. Anything that requires a consistent and even thickness!

Featuring solid aluminium alloy construction, it is corrosion resistant and very easy to clean..

The blade has an overall diameter of 250mm, and can be easily sharpened when required with the sharpening-stone assembly which is integrated into the top of the machine. (See picture below). Slicing thickness is variable between 0.2mm and 15mm, and it will accommodate products up to 180mm in diameter. The machine has a sliding cradle, product clamp and and pusher handle which allows for effortless repetitive slicing, and includes a clear polycarbonate finger protection guard to help prevent accidents.

Our model 250L slicer is most suited for the serious home user. In particular, this slicer would be perfect for salami and home-made smallgoods makers.
