These are a beige, fibrous bung which is both moisture and smoke permeable. They are suitable for products that are to be oven cooked and/or smoked at low temperature. They can also be split to form a fibrous collagen sheet for making Cuppacola, etc.
Price is for one individual bung. When ordering larger quantites, each pack contains Qty 20 individual bungs.
Length of bungs is approx 700 mm. Filled diameter is 165 mm.
Bungs are top-tied and clipped on one end, ready for hanging.
