Smallgoods Cotton Twine is useful for tying off the ends of bungs when making salami, strassburg and devon. It is more suitable for this purpose than polyester twine, as it have better 'grip' qualities.
It is also suitable for tying small chicken involtinis, fillet mignions, etc.
