1. The thinnest calibre of collagen casings that can be used with this filler is 26mm (Nippi 260).
2. Our sausage fillers are constructed from highly polished stainless steel. This finish tends to accentuate tiny incidental scratches and weld marks that do not affect the operation of the unit in any way. The filler is designed as a functional and practical piece of equipment, not a work of art!
