Fischer W6327 Oval Diamond Steel 27cm

Coated in a fine layer of industrial diamond dust, "Fischer" diamond steels are extremely hard. This makes them perfect for honing any knife but they are superior to traditional sharpening steels when used in conjunction with harder blades manufactured from "high carbon" or "Damascus" steel.

Fischer diamond steels not only hone, they sharpen at the same time. This is due to the finely abrasive diamond coating that removes microscopic amounts of steel from knife blades with each stroke.

As with the entire Fischer range, these steels are produced under strict quality control at Fischer's modern factory in Thiers, France.
