The Fischer titanium II honing steel represents the technical innovation of which Fischer cutlery is capable.
Coated with new generation titanium nitride it has an exceptional hardness of around 2300 HV and is specially designed to sharpen the hardest Blades.
The oval shape increases the surface area of the blades contact with the shaft making sharpening more efficient. The octagonal shaped and HACCP approved handle is comfortable and provides excellent grip.
