The Fischer "Sandvik" range utilises high quality Swedish Sandvik stainless steel and incorporates a bi-material construction in the handle. Food grade HDPE nylon is injected onto the "tang" of each knife to increase rigidity and cutting precision. An ergonomic elastomer outer layer is then added to aid grip and user comfort. Striations on the handle make the Sandvik range perfect for any size hand.
13cm or 5 inch boning knives are ideal for smaller carcases such as lamb or venison. They are also great for more precise control when tackling the fiddley jobs of breaking down a beef carcase.
